"I LOVED the performance of James Taylor, Carly Simon & Carole King's A Celebration. She always cracks me up, real and raw, and it seems so effortless! My only issue was the book signing. I purchased her book the day it was released because I'm a HUGE fan of her work. I'd go every time she comes to Chicago. However, when I brought my book to the show for the signing, I was told I had to buy a book at the venue in order to stand in line for the signing. I was really disappointed because I admire everything she does. I couldn't afford to buy the book again so I didn't get to see her that night at the signing. I would've been ok with having to be after the people who purchased the books at the venue just to be able to get a chance to greet her at least. If you're a fan, you'd get the book the day it comes out, right? Other than that, the night was amazing."
